Breakaway Group, a premier entertainment and music festival multimedia company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and hiring processes.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR management
• Experience managing payroll for employees and contractors
• Experience administering benefits and HR systems
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
• MUST HAVE experience at a startup, agency, entertainment, or live events company
