Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR management
- Experience managing payroll for employees and contractors
- Experience administering benefits and HR systems
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- MUST HAVE experience at a startup, agency, entertainment, or live events company
