Legal Secretary

As a Legal Secretary, you will have an essential role in supporting our attorneys and clients and contributing to our continued success.

Requirements

• Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and briefs
• Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and calendaring deadlines
• Handle correspondence with clients and attorneys
• File legal documents timely and accurately with Nevada courts using e-filing procedures
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to filing or distribution
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties
