Business Manager ESN

BREOPLE is looking for a Business Manager ESN to accompany their commercial team in digital transformations. The job involves hunting new accounts, managing existing ones, and structuring the team to scale. The Business Manager will be responsible for commercial development, P&L and performance management, and management and recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5 (business school, engineer, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESN including commercial and management functions
• Experience in team management, KPI management, negotiations, and sales of complex projects
• Natural leadership, sense of collectivity, ability to influence
• Good relational ease and clear communication
• Strategic vision and taste for operational management
• Ability to mobilize, federate, and inspire
