RV & Marine Salesperson

We are seeking a highly competitive RV & Marine Salesperson to join our sales team. No previous sales experience is necessary, but a great attitude, talent for dealing with people, and drive to win are required. Requirements

• Understand and implement the dealership sales process
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
