Job Description
Brevo is a rapidly growing CRM company focused on building lasting customer relationships. They are seeking a Customer Experience Representative - Spanish and French Speaker to act as a liaison between customers and their company. This role involves providing excellent support, guiding customers through technical topics, and collaborating across teams to improve the customer experience and internal processes. It's a hybrid position centered around a team of over 1,000.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and French
- Advanced proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Account Manager
- Strong understanding of customer needs and strategy
