Job Description
Brex is seeking an Operations Intern to join their Operations team, focusing on risk management, operations, and data analysis. The internship provides opportunities to learn about AI-driven workflows, improve processes, and contribute to the development of their AI-native roadmap. The role requires close collaboration with various teams and leveraging AI to automate and improve decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (graduation between December 2026 - December 2027).
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and applying effective prompting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Passion for business operations, internal tools, and the application of AI and automation to improve efficiency and enable scale.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
