Job Description
Brex is looking for a Sales Recruiter to join their team in Salt Lake City. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent for the GTM teams. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience and a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience
- Strong ability to build relationships with Sales hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing strategic hiring support
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
- Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
