Job Description
Brex is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search strategy and performance across the Google Ads ecosystem. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, optimizing performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid, fully remote, role ideal for a data-driven marketer who excels at cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in growth marketing with deep expertise in paid search and the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Strong analytical acumen and experience with GA4, Google Ads UI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns across large accounts.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and creative optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
