The Leasing Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Leasing Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day leasing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in commercial leasing or real estate operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with database management and internet research
- Familiarity with Deal Manager, Adobe Illustrator, and Commercial Edge preferred
- Understanding of commercial leasing language and documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
