Operations Assistant

We are looking to hire an Offshore Operations Assistant to support our internal business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload, providing high-level service, and maintaining consistency with company form documents.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others
• Comfortable working in a high growth organization with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with commercial leasing language, retail lease agreements and/or paralegal experience a plus
• Yardi familiarity a plus (property accounting software)
