Job Description
Mavericks are seeking a Director of Commercial Analytics & Insights to lead core activities such as market research, competitive intelligence, data and sales analytics, and forecasting for a rare disease product. The role involves aligning business goals with clinical development and ensuring effective launch planning. This is a high-impact position with the chance to contribute to the development of a groundbreaking medicine.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) is strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics and insights, including forecasting, market research, data analytics, and CI within biotech/pharma
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Proven experience supporting or leading a product launch in a therapeutic area with limited precedent
- Expertise in U.S. healthcare data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy data, claims data, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva)
