The SEMD Design Lead will manage and support design elements and deliverables for a programme of SEMD interventions/compliance upgrades across the Thames Water estate. The role involves leading a team of engineers, designers, and support team members, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines.
