Job Description
Assist patients in selecting spectacles, calculate insurance co-pay, and accurately enter spectacle orders. The ideal candidate has a high school degree or equivalent and sales/retail experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Assist patients in the selection process of spectacles
- Calculate insurance co-pay based on insurance eligibility
- Accurately enter spectacle orders
- Perform adjustments and repairs when necessary
- Maintain inventory pertaining to all aspects of the optical retail area
- Maintain displays of optical merchandise
- Monitor patient flow throughout the office
