Program Lead, Investor Talent

Bridgewater Associates is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Program Manager & Team Lead to design, run, and continuously improve talent programs across the investment landscape. This role focuses on aligning talent priorities with business objectives, leading a small team, and orchestrating strategic efforts to ensure success. The position involves both strategic partnership and operational leadership.

Requirements

• Help shape program direction by partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of investor talent programs (budget, onboarding, internship program, talent development, performance, succession).
• Design and shape the full suite of investor talent programs.
• Manage and coach a team of 2-3, shaping resourcing and staffing.
• Analyze program effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Design processes and tools to scale, reduce friction, and enable high-quality outcomes.
