Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Experience managing 60–120 day sales cycles with deal sizes in the $20K–$150K ARR range
- Proven ability to land new logos and expand relationships through consultative sales.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into quantifiable business value.
- Comfortable leveraging modern RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Construction or adjacent industry experience is a strong plus
