Furnace Material Handler C- 1st shift 12 hr $20.00

Furnace Material Handler responsible for setting up furnaces, resolving material exceptions, and maintaining inventory records. Must have forklift experience, high school diploma, and 1.5 years' relevant working experience.

Requirements

• Keep materials and inventory moving by resolving incoming material exceptions and discrepancies.
• Partner with other teams to quickly solve issues related to metal.
• Monitor production flow and Furnace/Metal levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Support safety, quality, and production requirements to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work cross-functionally to support department needs, manage customer rates, and expedite incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete basic equipment repairs and perform preventive and general maintenance under general supervision.
• Jump in where needed and perform other duties as assigned.
