Job Description
Head of Data & AI will lead the development of the company's data and AI strategy, drive the implementation of data-driven decision making, and build a team to establish and grow data and AI within the company.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or similar
- 7–10+ years of experience in data-driven product, innovation or strategic roles
- Proven experience with data and/or AI products that deliver real customer value
- Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and AI applications
- Experience in cross-functional environments (Product, Tech, Business)
- Experience in a SaaS/platform/tech scale-up setting
