Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead discovery and ideation within one or more product modules and translate customer needs into validated product initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong domain knowledge of logistics processes and analytical skills to translate raw data into sharp insights and decisions. They should be confident in communication and methodologically strong to work within Agile teams.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS, IoT or Supply Chain Tech.
- Strong domain knowledge of logistics processes, load carrier management and multi-stakeholder supply chains.
- Strong analytical skills: you can translate raw (sensor) data into sharp insights, decisions and business value.
- Confident communication: you are a persuasive sparring partner and comfortable saying “no” when something does not fit the long-term vision.
- Methodologically strong: you master discovery frameworks (such as Opportunity Solution Trees) and work smoothly within Agile teams.
