Job Description
Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Hyderabad/Noida office. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract qualified talent for the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Strong experience working on C2C positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
- Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience working with direct clients and prime vendors
- Proficient in using Boolean search strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems
- Proven ability to identify fake resumes and forged visa documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
