Job Description
Brightflag is seeking an API Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between their customer's integration needs and their development team. This role involves designing, documenting, and supporting integrations with various systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical and communication bridge, transforming business requirements into tangible technical solutions. Collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement are key components of the position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing/documenting API integrations in a customer-facing context
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web service standards
- Experience working with Accounts Payable systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite, Coupa, SAP)
- Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) and API tools (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Mindset for continuous improvement
