Job Description
The Account Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote retention. The role requires a detail-oriented, professional, and well-spoken individual to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
- Establish effective working relationships with customers
- Act as primary point of contact between MagnaCare and clients
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all client inquiries
- Effectively communicate with clients, providers, and members
- Capture and document all client interactions into internal tracking system
- Advanced claim processing
- Investigate claim payment/pricing inquiries
- Apply medical policy, contractual provisions, and operational procedures
- Generate and analyze reports to identify root cause analysis of client payment issues
- Perform as liaison between internal contacts and clients
- Manage eligibility and COB issues
- Prepare detailed cases for 2nd Level Appeals
- Prioritize and multitask
- Collaborate with multiple parties to solve problems
- Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships
