Job Description
Brighton Health Plan Solutions (BHPS) is seeking a Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager to collaborate with medical and employers to facilitate timely returns to work, provide case management services, and evaluate coverage under the Workers’ Compensation Plan. The role involves coordinating medical and disability services, assessing provider responses, and ensuring timely reimbursement. BHPS emphasizes a diverse and inclusive culture and offers opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in the state of NY, or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year experience in worker’s compensation case management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a clinical environment required.
- Strong skills in medical assessment/medical record review.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient on a computer (PC) with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Ability to define and solve problems, collect data and make effective decisions.
