Senior QA Analyst

Brightrock is a remote, fully-remote video game studio located in the UK, focused on creating genre-twisting 3D simulation and management games. They are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to set the studio's quality strategy, embed QA in planning, and lead testing from smoke tests to demos. This role focuses on game development from production and offers hands-on quality assurance in Unity.

Requirements

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of the dev lifecycle and production impact of bugs/unstable builds
• Hands-on Unity testing experience
• Methodical, analytical, detail-driven
• Strong time/org skills
• Experience with test automation, scripting, or tooling
• 5+ years in games QA
• 2+ shipped PC/console titles, including at least one on Unity
