Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

ResCare Community Living is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. As a DSP, you will perform personal care tasks, foster positive relationships, and ensure client safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
