CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice

Requirements

• Meet the training requirements of the state of practice
• Minimum of six months experience including providing personal care
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Complete a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
