Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a Day Services Manager to oversee the day services operation, including personnel, budget, compliance, and quality program delivery. This role focuses on providing support to clients, both those living in day services and those requiring services due to their disability. The manager will oversee hiring, training, contract management, and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Science (preferred)
- Minimum of five years in the Human Services field
- Two years of progressively responsible management experience
- Prior experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations concerning services to individuals with developmental disabilities
