Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking an ICF Residential Manager to provide direct supervision of a single group home. Responsibilities include managing household, staff, and providing direct care, ensuring compliance with state and company standards, and promoting the well-being of individuals with disabilities. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work multiple shifts.
Requirements
- One year of supervisory experience
- Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- High school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
