Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient provision of quality care to clients. The role involves preventative maintenance, vehicle repair, pest control, and assisting with various minor repairs. The company focuses on providing support to individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Performs Preventative Maintenance per Preventive Maintenance Program
- Assists with vehicle home or facility inspections
- Assists in pest control as directed
- Repairs washers, dryers, dishwashers, small appliances
- Replaces light bulbs and cover plates
- Clears driveways and sidewalks of snow
- Performs minor repairs such as patching holes, painting, repairs, furniture, doorknobs, locks, and clearing obstructions
