Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in the client’s homes, workplaces, and communities. The role focuses on helping clients regain independence through personalized care and collaborative teamwork. The company emphasizes providing innovative and accessible rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness
- Communicate patient needs and progress
- Lift 50 pounds
- Move and transfer patients (up to 100 lbs)
- Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
- Maintain health screening/physical exam
