Job Description
Allay Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Hospice Admissions RN to join our team in Brookfield, WI. Our hospice RNs provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year of hospice nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred or similar setting such as Long-Term Care, Intensive care, or Emergency room will be considered in place of hospice nursing experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
