Brightwild is seeking a Sales Manager to champion their portfolio of extraordinary homes, focusing on providing unforgettable journeys to travelers, corporate leaders, and event connoisseurs. This role requires initiative, relationship building, and exceeding expectations in a high-end hospitality environment, with flexibility to travel to properties in South Florida. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys turning leads into memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in hospitality or high-end real estate.
- Energetic, outgoing, and naturally connected to affluent clientele.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of white-glove service and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Tech-savvy with CRM platforms and booking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
