Job Description
Brigit is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to join the Instant Cash team, which focuses on helping low-income Americans build a better financial future. The role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable products, and contributing to technical direction. Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on professional software development experience
- 3+ years of software engineering management and mentorship experience
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams
- Experience building large and complex projects at scale
- Experience with Java, GCP, and React Native
