Principal Investigator, In Vitro Biology

Brii Bio is seeking a Principal Investigator, In Vitro Biology to lead and conduct in vitro experimental biology studies in all phases of exploratory and discovery biology.

Requirements

• PhD, Master or equivalent in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in industry
• In-depth knowledge with hands-on experience in several key areas including biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, genetics and pharmacology
• Proficiency and expertise in performing a variety of in vitro pharmacological and immunological assays
• Proficiency and expertise in cell-based screening assays, nucleic acid or oligonucleotide-based assays
• Understanding of advancing platform technology areas including CRISPR/Cas9, gene editing, vector delivery methods, antibody drug conjugates, mRNA vaccine, 3D-cultures/organoids and flow cytometry
