Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the life of the sale, assist with product knowledge, and create personalized experiences for each customer. You will also manage sales leads, provide excellent customer service, and enforce policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones
• Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process
• Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers
• Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews
• Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room
• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area
• Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally
• Act as a brand advocate and share our mission
