Job Description
Brindley Engineering is seeking a Detail-oriented and reliable Lead Staff Structural Engineer to lead field evaluations of industrial structures, analyze data, evaluate failure causes, and develop engineering rehabilitation/replacement plans. The role involves technical support, client interface, proposal development, and leading root cause failure analysis of defects. The position requires strong analytical skills, client interaction, and a focus on quality construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering
- P.E. License Required
- Extensive knowledge of STAAD/SAP, AISC, AISC, AWS required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred
- Client interface and team mentoring experience preferred
