The role involves managing project teams, budget, risk, and client relationships. Requirements

• Maintain positive client relationships
• Determine needs of client and create strategy for client acquisition
• Bid solicitation, bid package preparation and analysis
• Estimate project scope, cost, and duration
• Study job specifications and recommend construction methods
• Run negotiated and hard bid estimates
• Plan construction operations and timelines
• Conduct job start up and project execution
• Ensure proper documentation and communication
• Review subcontractor/vendor invoices
• Execute safety standards
• Assign/lead day-to-day work for Project Managers
• Provide performance feedback and coaching
• Conduct quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews
• Execute onboarding and development programs
• Conduct interviews and hire Project Engineers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain financial accuracy
