Job Description
Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, $50+ million construction projects, both single and large, across various sectors. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion, with a focus on client relationship management and safety. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years project management experience in commercial construction
- Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction principles
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore, P6, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
