Requirements

• 10+ years experience in commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Extensive experience in driving performance and execution through a strong strategic plan
• Leadership experience in selecting, leading, developing, motivating & achieving results through teams
• Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland healthcare system and regulatory environment
