Associate Director, Patient Support Services& Market Access- Oncology

Working with Us at Bristol Myers Squibb as an Associate Director, Patient Support Services & Market Access- Oncology. This role involves shaping and executing advanced analytics strategies to optimize patient support services, access strategies, and field resource engagement across multiple brands and disease areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Market Access, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in market access, patient support services, or commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in PSS program analytics, PAL/FRM engagement measurement, and access strategy reporting
• Experience managing cross-brand and cross-disease area analytics projects in a matrixed environment
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of GTN modeling, channel mix optimization, and patient access metrics
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, foster innovation, and drive adoption of new technologies
