- Leading, developing, motivating, and achieving results through teams
- Designing and executing clinical trials
- Managing clinical trial physicians
- Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Ensuring appropriate training and mentoring of clinical trial physicians
- Representing Clinical Development in internal and external forums
- Partnerships with Worldwide Patient Safety physicians
- Serving as Primary Clinical Representative in Regulatory interactions
- Collaborating with Global Development Operations/Global Compliance Group
- Evaluating strategic options against a given Target Product Profile (TPP)
- Setting executional priorities and partnering with CTP and CS to support executional delivery of studies
- Accountable for top line data with support of CTP, CS, and Statisticians
