Requirements

• Leading, developing, motivating, and achieving results through teams
• Designing and executing clinical trials
• Managing clinical trial physicians
• Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Ensuring appropriate training and mentoring of clinical trial physicians
• Representing Clinical Development in internal and external forums
• Partnerships with Worldwide Patient Safety physicians
• Serving as Primary Clinical Representative in Regulatory interactions
• Collaborating with Global Development Operations/Global Compliance Group
• Evaluating strategic options against a given Target Product Profile (TPP)
• Setting executional priorities and partnering with CTP and CS to support executional delivery of studies
• Accountable for top line data with support of CTP, CS, and Statisticians
