Clinical Development Lead (Senior Director), Oncology

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Clinical Development Lead (Senior Director) to lead clinical development strategy, design, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical principles, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• MD required with a deep understanding of the clinical principles of the area of interest or equivalent therapy area knowledge
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in design and execution of multiple clinical trials
• Leadership skills, including people management and development
• Excellent communication and partnership skills
