Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Therapeutic Area Experience in Cell Therapy preferred
- 6+ years of experience in clinical operations and project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to lead complex, global, multi-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance
