Job Description
The Senior Manager, APAC Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for building and managing a high-functioning team of APAC Operations Specialists, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, who serve as the primary points of contact for our couriers, apheresis collection centers, clinical treatment sites, distribution warehouse and manufacturing sites in managing real-time operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of scheduling, planning, operations, customer service preferred
- 2+ years managing direct reports, direct or indirect managing teams preferred
