The Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist will drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients, engaging with HCPs through a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and building strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
- Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers
- Experience in cardiovascular preferred
- Demonstrated strong capability in account management skill sets
- Proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals
