VP, GPL Franchise Lead Oncology

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a VP, GPL Franchise Lead Oncology to maximize the value of the Oncology portfolio by shaping the end-to-end disease strategy and leading a team of Global Program Lead. The ideal candidate will have a MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in the drug development process and leadership experience in academic or industry settings.

Requirements

• Develops Disease Area Portfolio Strategy
• Accelerate the portfolio and reduce development timelines for most promising new assets
• Lead all R&D business development activities for the Oncology portfolio
• Effectively manages disease portfolio budget
• Drives execution of portfolio strategy through leadership of Disease Area Global Program Leads
• Provide strategic and technical leadership to build a world-class drug development team
• Demonstrate inspirational leadership to engage, develop, and create an inclusive/diverse environment that drives innovation
