The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the marketing infrastructure that powers our demand generation engine. This role ensures our stack of marketing, sales, and automation tools works seamlessly to execute scalable multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with lead scoring, database segmentation, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, LeanData) and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and CRM (HubSpot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- C1 or C2 English proficiency level.
