Job Description
We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Midlands and further afield. The ideal candidate will have management experience in security and/or cleaning, a front-line SIA Licence, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Management experience in security and/or cleaning
- Front-line SIA Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
