Job Description
This Global Proposal Manager role involves serving as the central sales liaison, managing the entire proposal process from intake to close. The position requires proactive follow-up, accurate CRM maintenance, and timely follow-up with key partners and distributors. It is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Bid Management in IT/SaaS
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus)
- Sales energy: fast, responsive, personable with AEs/distributors
- CRM experience (Zoho CRM required)
- Basic financial acumen
- Comfortable working across channels (CRM, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom)
