The HVAC & General Property Maintenance Technician is a dual-skilled professional responsible for maintaining HVAC systems and general property maintenance. This role focuses on tenant satisfaction by ensuring functional and safe properties while adhering to safety standards. It involves inspecting, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as performing groundskeeping.
