Compliance Advisor

The Compliance Advisor will identify, analyse, and communicate regulatory changes related to insurance products and services, providing compliance support for both new and existing offerings. This role also involves advising management on regulatory matters, training staff on compliance principles, and maintaining expertise in FCA/PRA requirements. Unum values adherence to its Code of Conduct and other company policies.

Requirements

• Insurance industry experience ideal.
• Excellent understanding and awareness of the UK financial regulatory framework.
• Proficiency in insurance and group risk protection products.
• Relevant qualification in Legal, Internal Audit, or Compliance.
• ICA Certificate/Diploma (preferred).
